For whoever invoices little and now and then. No monthly fee: you buy the bundle and use it for 12 months from when the payment is confirmed; whatever is left unused when it expires is lost. If you invoice six times a year, there is no reason to pay for twelve months. And if the 35 documents run out, you just top up again — another bundle, same price, whenever you need it.
